Upgrade info to prep ya 4 Black Friday
- Michele Hegwood
Wanting to take advantage of our Black Friday discount & considering purchasing an upgrade to our latest build of Multi-Edit? Before you place an
order online or thru our purchasing dept directly, take a couple of minutes to verify that you are indeed 'eligible' for the upgrade.
Eligible users who can purchase the upgrade to Multi-Edit 2008 are users who currently own &/or are running versions Multi-Edit 9.10 & Multi-Edit
2006 only. All previous releases of Multi-Edit, those older than v.9.10, will Not be accepted by our online ordering system nor thru our sales dept, including purchase
orders.
Older Multi-Edit licenses not valid for upgrade will have a serial number beginning w/TEMPE or a variation of MEWxxx. These licenses are beyond
10 years of age & therefore are no longer valid to receive the upgrade pricing.
To check the version you are currently running & to view your license information, please run your current copy of Multi-Edit & select Help | About,
this should display your serial number. If you are not running Multi-Edit, or just can't seem to locate your serial number, please email me directly w/ your registration &/or original
billing information & I will try to locate it for you.

Placing the order?
The easiest & quickest way to purchase is thru our secure online ordering page @ https://www.multieditsoftware.com/meorder/. Remember, serial numbers beginning w/ ME910 or ME2k6 only are eligible for the upgrade price. If you experience
problems w/ the online ordering system not accepting your ME910 or ME2k6 license, please send me an email (sales@multieditsoftware.com) & i’ll validate your license for upgrade.
Problems w/ incorrect PO's can easily slow down the processing of your order, making it much more difficult to obtain a relatively easy upgrade. So to avoid
this, be sure you know what your (or your clients) current product version is prior to placing your order. You must also list the serial numbers being upgraded for the purchase order to be
accepted for upgrade orders. Again, you can easily obtain your current release information under the Help | About menu option within the Multi-Edit program.
Always at your service and available for any questions,
