Ordering Multi-Edit 7.0

This file contains information on how to order the following:  UpDates
for Multi-Edit Standard, Standard+(*) or Professional;
UpGrade/UpDates(**); or brand-new Multi-Edit 7.0 Standards or
Professionals, with or without Evolve.

 * Standard+: Multi-Edit Standard _plus_ any single Professional Module
   (Communications, Document or Source Code); or Standard + Multi-Tags.

** UpGrade: from Standard to Professional UpDate:  from any other
   version to 7.0

1) All orders must be processed through our Tempe, AZ facility.  The
complexity of the order process and the size of the files does not make
downloading a viable option.

2) If you purchased Multi-Edit within 60 days of the official release
date (September 1), you may be entitled to a free update.  We will need
you to supply Proof-of-Purchase as well as your serial number. This can
only be done by calling our Sales Department at (800) 899-0100 or (602)
968-1945 or faxing them at (602) 966-1654 for further instructions.

3) There will be no separate updates available for the individual
Professional modules or the Multi-Tags add-on.  Those products are
updated in the full Professional version only. If you are updating a
Standard+ (see description*, above), you can do so for the normal $50.
Pro Update fee. (See Order Form)

4) Evolve 6.1 (the most current version available) will work with
Multi-Edit 7.0.

5) Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery, due to expected volumes

ORDERING AN UPDATE:  be sure to supply your serial number and current
installed version of M-E.  We cannot process update orders without that
information.

SHIPPING: Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery due to expected volumes.  All
domestic orders shipped via Federal Express Economy 2-Day service.
Minimum shipping charge is $6. for the first item ordered.  Add $2. for
each additional item ordered. All overnight and international shipments
shipped via Federal Express: call for rates. Add $5 for C.O.D. orders.
