advantage of our Technical Support Department. Send your
questions via fax, email web forums, web boards, or call to
speak with one of our technicians.
We have two areas from which we collaborate with our Customers.
The first is a new collaboration site where users and developers can meet to brainstorm about new features, ideas, report and track
bugs in the current code and discuss development issues.

The second area provides access to our Support Forum. Here you can talk directly with our developers, and also other programmers
who use Multi-Edit. Collaboration is the key to solving many problems, so visit this Forum and just ask! Between the Developers,
Programmers, Macro and Add-ons available your sure to solve your problem quickly.
Also we have revised our previous Support
Board to a new format. While the older version has
been archived for search and review, be sure to
sign up on our newest Forum to have all your
questions and issues answered as promptly as before.

assist you. Please outline the exact circumstances which have
led to your problem and please don't forget to include a return
fax or phone number so that one of our technicians can contact
